Creating a harmonious, beautiful and simple setting where everyone feels welcomed, nourishing souls as well as the bodies with vegetables from my garden, local products and our wild pickings, making the Chalet d'Ambre a place of meeting, exchange and sharing this is our joy to Marc and myself for eight years.

When Andréa decided to embark on this project
of buying a "gîte" I had a moment of hesitation!
And then I said to myself "Why not?"; Like her, I was won over by the village and its environment. And I don't regret the choice I made to accompany her
in this adventure.
Hikers ourselves, we know what we like to find at the end of the day and we do our
to best meet the expectations of our guests.
Passionate about music, I wanted to ensure that hiking guitarists could have a guitar at their disposal. We have also added a diatonic accordion. And many times these instruments have been used to brighten up the evenings! The Chalet d'Ambre is a beautiful place conducive to improbable encounters and
to new friendships ...
